      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open any .js file & try to comment a single line or a block of code using "command+/ " buttons on a MAC.

      Actual result:

      1. A # is added at the beginning of the line instead of //.
      2. You see error in studio console:

[2018-05-04 10:45:15] An error occurred while building environment variables for the 'editor' context property in the 'comment_line' command (/Applications/AppceleratorStudio.app/Contents/Eclipse/configuration/org.eclipse.osgi/100/0/.cp/bundles/source.ruble/commands/toggle_comment.rb): (TypeError) illegal access on 'isTabsToSpacesConversionEnabled': class org.jruby.javasupport.JavaMethod cannot access a member of class org.eclipse.ui.texteditor.AbstractTextEditor with modifiers "protected"

      Expected result:

      1. The line or block of code should be properly commented out properly & there should be no errors
