      Description

When an Alloy app is being debugged and no breakpoint is added on index.open then as the app launches on the device/Sim, the <project>/Resources/iPhone/app.js file opens up with a line highlighted as if a breakpoint is hit on that line.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Create a default Alloy application
      2. In index.js, add a breakpoint on line 2 (importantly no breakpoint should be added on last line)
      3. Debug on iOS Simulator
      4. On the simulator click on Hello World.

      Actual Result:
After Step 3, when the app launches on simulator the file app.js opens in studio with a line highlighted. To the user it might seem as if breakpoint is hit on that line.
After Step 4, the actual breakpoint in index.js is hit

      Expected Result:
The app.js file should not open up.
