      Description

Issues with configuring the Android SDK from studio.
The android configuration completes but does not actually setup the android sdk.

The issue is reproducible in older versions of Studio as well now. The versions 4.10 and 5.0 also show the same issue.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. From the studio dashboard click on Download button for Android
      2. In the platform configuration page, set a path and Android SDK version to set (or let it be default)
      3. Click on configure

      Actual Result:
The configuration screen shows the installation progress and finally shows success. But the android SDK is not installed at the selected path. Studio still does not find Android.
On Mac: The android sdk sub-folders are created in "/Applications/AppceleratorStudio.app/Contents/MacOS" folder instead of the path provided during setup.
On Windows: The android sdk sub-folders are created inside multiple folders in "c:/<user>/appdata/local/temp"
