      Description
      Debugger does not stop at set breakpoints on iOS devices

      Steps to reproduce
      1. Create default alloy app in Studio.
      2. Set a breakpoint at "alert($.label.text);" in the controller.
      3. Run debugger.

      Actual results
      1. Debugger stops at the splash screen, and unable to "Resume" as buttons are grayed out.

      Expected results
      1. User should be allowed to move past the splash screen by clicking "Resume".
