      Description

Simple issue, but needs a fix:

      1. Have an updated android SDK
      2. Change your Preferences > Titanium Studio > Titanium to clear out the Android preference
      3. Close and reopen the dashboard. It should show the Android SDK as missing
      4. Click on the "update" button and select the previous folder
      5. It will fail during the unzip part trying to overwrite a file

We should first try and run the update tool in that directory...if that fails, then we install the SDK and run update.
