            Description

            When packaging a Windows module and selecting the 'Mobile App Project' option the dropdown for the apps is blank.

            When packaging for Android the dropdown does show apps

            Steps to reproduce
            1. Create a Windows module
            2. Go to package the module and select 'Mobile App Project' output location
            Actual result

            No apps are shown

            Expected result

            Ti apps in the workspace should shown similar to other platforms
