Dashboard in offline mode:Clicking refresh button from dashboard launches another browser with name"Web Browser"

If studio opened in offline mode i.e. without network connection, dashboard editor shows "Server currently Unavailable" and with "refresh" button.
Clicking on the "refresh" button is creating another browser tab with a name "Web Browser".

Expected: It should refresh the same browser and should not create another browser tab.
