      Description

Today, the studio team needs to implement new events that can be captured by the studio portal for each type of command.

This leads to problems, in that any command that currently doesn't fire an event, doesn't provide communication to the web layer on when its completed. This makes it very difficult to provide adequate UI / UX within the portal.

To better architect this, we should leverage a standard approach of passing a callback, that will be passed an event object that would include succes/error boolean and any pertinent meta data for the command.
