      Description

      Unable to Enable Cloud Service for the Apps which have been create:

      Reproduce Steps:

      1.Create a default app without enable cloud service.
      2.Run it in simulator or device. Works well.
      3.Enable cloud service for this app.

      Expect Result:

      1.Tiapp.xml file should be added those api, api-key detail.
      2.Web console should be able to manage the cloud service of this app.

      Actual Result:

      1.Tiapp.xml file do not change.
      2.Unable to manage cloud service from web console.

      N.B.
      For now, it only happened in Titanium Studio, Appcelerator Studio works well.
