      Description

      Unable to create new Node.ACS services to any of the Classic/Alloy project.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Create new classic project
      2. Go to New -> Node.ACS service

      Actual Result: Unable to create Node.ACS service

      "There was an error attempting to create a new Node.ACS service

      Reason: Unable to copy ... to ... because the destination directory could not be created."

      Expected Result: Node.ACS services should get successfully enabled.
