      Description

Currently the console view in TiStudio (and Eclipse in general), does not support the rendering of ANSI escape codes. These let you move the cursor, delete text, add colors, etc... At this time it seems the console ignores the color codes and actually prints the literals for non-color codes. Check out this issue for an example: https://github.com/tonylukasavage/ti-mocha/issues/1

Having access to ANSI codes would make it possible to take advantage of a number of node.js based tools that make use of these codes, most notably testing frameworks, workflow tools, and test coverage. Making these usable instantly in many cases seemed to make it worth pursuing the possibility of supporting ANSI codes in TiStudio by default.
