      Description

      Description:
The APPCELERATOR PRE-RELEASE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT that is displayed and must be agreed to while installing the 1.0.4 studio update contains a clause that states: "2. TIME-SENSITIVE SOFTWARE. The software will stop running on June 1, 2011. You may not receive any other notice. You will not be able to use the software when it stops running. Your license granted under this Agreement will terminate upon this date."

Since the date is June, the license is terminated before agreeing to it.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1) Begin Studio 1.0.4 install process.
      2) At the license agreement window, read the"PRE-RELEASE SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT"
      3) Note Clause number 2.

      Result:
According to the license text, use of the software should be discontinued and the software destroyed when the granted license terminates, which is in June of 2011.

      Expected:
The license grants use for some length of time other than "until June of 2011"
