      Description

Dashboard: Launch Recently Created Project fails to reset to Create Project.

In a fresh workspace, the Dashboard Get Started Create a Mobile Project button says:

      Create Mobile Project.

If you create a mobile project, the button changes to:

      Run Recently Created Project.

If you delete the project, the button never resets, it always remains (even on dashboard reload or studio restart):

      Run Recently Created Project.

If you run it with no project, you get this error in the log:

      Test Steps:

      1. Open Dashboard with new workspace.
      2. Create a Mobile Project with MobileWeb target.
      3. Verify the Dashboard Get Started button has changed to "Launch Project".
      4. Delete the project.

      Result:

      Button still says "Launch Project".
Clicking the button results in an error in the log.

      Expected Result:

If there are no projects in the queue, the button should reset to "Create Project".

Note: The "Launch Project" does not currently work (TISTUD-4032).
