      node -v v0.8.19
      npm -v 1.2.10
      alloy -v 0.2.39

      Description

      When I run npm update alloy I get:
      npm update alloy -g
      npm http GET https://registry.npmjs.org/alloy
      npm http 304 https://registry.npmjs.org/alloy

      Trying to uninstall gives me:
      npm uninstall alloy -g
      npm ERR! Error: EACCES, unlink '/usr/local/share/npm/lib/node_modules/alloy/.npmignore'
      npm ERR!

      { [Error: EACCES, unlink '/usr/local/share/npm/lib/node_modules/alloy/.npmignore'] npm ERR! errno: 3, npm ERR! code: 'EACCES', npm ERR! path: '/usr/local/share/npm/lib/node_modules/alloy/.npmignore' }

      I install all nodejs, npm and brew stuff in my name. So I think it's Titanium Studio that has install alloy and titanium with "nobody" as user.

      We need someone else to confirm but if it's TiStudio then... well it's annoying.

      Cheers Jon.
