      Description

When running the android config utility in Windows 7, there is an error when trying to update the android sdk saying the android directory is locked by titanium studio.

This needs to be investigated further, attaching screenshot.

It is currently unknown if this is a regression or if it affects Windows 7 outside of the VM.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install an older version of Android.
      2. Run the Android Config Util, Dashboard > Android > Update/Install.
      3. In the SDK Manager, update the SDK to the current rev (i.e., r20.0.1 upgrade to r20.0.3).

      Actual Result:

      Error pop-up (screenshot attached).

      Expected Result:

      SDK updates correctly.
