      Description

      A couple of Titans (Shawn Lipscomb and Stephen Feather) ran into an issue of not being able to launch the Android emulator after updating to Studio 2.0.2 RC.

      The attached screenshot is from Shawn, while Stephen said the following:

      "This is the error that shows in the TiStudio console briefly. The build.log shows nothing abnormal, simply says can't connect to the emulator. The emulator never actually tries to launch.
