      Steps To Reproduce:
      1. KS Nook > Base UI > Views > Web Views > Local URL

      Actual:
      Click Me to Hide the Toolbar is not loaded
      E/Web Console( 1448): Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined at file:///android_asset/Resources/examples/local_webview.html:76

      Expected:
      For the above to load and work

      Note: Also occurs in 1.8.0.1
