      Description

      This code:

      app.js

      // this sets the background color of the master UIView (when there are no windows/tab groups on it)
      Titanium.UI.setBackgroundColor('#000');
      var win1 = Titanium.UI.createWindow({
          title:'Tab 1',
          backgroundColor:'#000000',
          navBarHidden:true
      });

      win1.addEventListener("open", function(e) {
      	Ti.API.debug("OPENED");
      });

      win1.open();

      Changing navBarHidden:true to modal:true also produces the same result

      OPENED will be called twice when the app starts. Additionally, the win1.activity is stopped after the first time the event fires.
