music picker invoking fails after rotation - unexpected error: 1

            Description

            1.Phone > Music
            2.invoke library by way of "display library"
            3. tap away from picker to dismiss it
            4.rotate and invoke the picker again by way of "display library"

            results: no picker, "Music Picker Unexpected error: 1"
