      Description

      When building an iOS app that uses a DefaultIcon with alpha the below error occurs ReferenceError: Cannot access 'flattenedDefaultIconDest' before initialization

      We should enable the no-use-before-define eslint rule for variables to allow us to fix these issues before they land

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Download the attached DefaultIcon and add it to your project
      2. Build for iOS
