iOS: Un-deprecate "Ti.UI.TabbedBar" and deprecate "Ti.UI.iOS.TabbedBar"

            Description

            Summary:
            We're adding Ti.UI.TabbedBar support to Android for parity. See TIMOB-25953.

            iOS currently has Ti.UI.TabbedBar flagged as deprecated in favor of Ti.UI.iOS.TabbedBar. Since Android will be have this feature soon, we should un-deprecate Ti.UI.TabbedBar on iOS and deprecate the other.
