When creating a module the platform folders do not get created

The below is for iOS but is relevant for all platforms

      Test steps:

      1. Open Appc Studio
      2. Create a new module (File -> New -> Mobile App project)
      3. When creating a module select the latest SDK from master (8.0.0.v20181121114345)
      4. Open project and check if iOS folder has been created

      Actual result

      Expected result
