      CLI 3.4.0.rc

Every time I want to try out a new nightly build on a project I have to change the <sdk-version /> in its tiapp.xml. To make this easier I manually rename the extracted folder name, e.g.

      • Extracted as: 3.4.0.v20140925164115
      • Rename to: 3.4.0.CI or 3.4.0.RC

This way I can leave the <sdk-version /> of the projects I want to use the latest CI for at 3.4.0.CI.

It would be nice if the CLI would do this for me, e.g.:

      ti sdk install -b 3_4_X -d 3.4.0.CI
      ti sdk install -b 3_4_X --directory 3.4.0.CI

One thing that you loose when renaming SDKs is knowing the actual version. But this information still remains in the manifest.json of the SDK. I will create another ticket requesting this information to be displayed in ti info -t ios and ti sdk list.
