      Description

The Add a third-party framework guide needs to be updated for the new framework handling introduced with TIMOB-20557.

      Important changes are:

      • Dynamic frameworks are now supported. If they are written in Swift they need to expose an Objective-C interface header to be usable
      • A module's iphone/module.xcconfig no longer needs to contain FRAMEWORK_SEARCH_PATHS or the -framework flag for OTHER_LDFLAGS. All other build settings a framework might require, like the -Objc flag can still be added there.
      • We bundle a script to strip dynamic frameworks from unused architectures. If a user wants to use their own, they can do so by placing under the platform/ios directory and name it strip-frameworks.sh. The build will pick up the custom script and use that instead of the bundled script from Realm.
