      Description

      When creating a project if you use the following command appc new --type titanium --name test, you will be prompted to enter a name for the project.

      Full output with DEBUG=* and -l trace is attached as fullOutput.txt

      This is new behavior in 0.2.270 and 0.2.271, in 0.2.69 this worked with no issues.

      1. Create a new project using appc new --type titanium --name test

      Actual Result

      You will be prompted for a name for the project

      Expected Result

      You should not be prompted for a name, you already gave it one
