Details: On Windows, after you publish an Arrow app, the Appc CLI will not exit.
- To workaround this issue, press ctrl + c to exit out of the Appc CLI
- On Windows, if you run appc acs publish on a Node.ACS app, then the Appc CLI exits without any issue
Steps to reproduce:
- Create an Arrow project
- Add is-property module in the package.json dependencies
- Publish Arrow app: appc publish
- Wait for published url
Actual: After a published url is returned back, the Appc CLI does not exit i.e. the spinner will continue to spin; see attachment.
Expected: After you publish an Arrow app and received the published url, the Appc CLI should exit.
