      Description

I created files insert.php and insertProcess.php (both attached). I then ran insert.php and input data in all fields of the form before clicking the Save Information button. When I clicked the Save Information button, the form dissapeared from the screen and nothing else happened. Because of the echo statement in file insertProcess.php, I was expecting that after clicking the Save Information button the last name, first name, department, position and salary details I had entered in the form would appear on the screen but nothing at all apperaed on the screen. This issue of varaibles created with $_POST and $_REQUEST global variables not being recognised and ignored all together by the echo function is my major problem which I need help with as I am currently stuck on a project that involves users filling in forms to popuulate databases on the server.
