      Description

      Steps to reproduce :

      Menu Project\Build Automatically is enabled

      Insert an @-ms-viewport rule in any css or import the following example css file in the project : https://raw.github.com/nathansmith/unsemantic/master/assets/stylesheets/unsemantic-grid-responsive-tablet.css

      Using Ctrl+Space to open the code assist in an html file shows no suggestion coming from the css file and there is no more Outline for the css file

      Removing the @-ms-viewport rule bring the situation back to normal.

      Also when renaming a css file within aptana (right click + rename) , the new ressource filename is not considered in the code assist.

      Actual results :

      All code assist and outline from css file is broken while @-ms-viewport rule is present in the css file;
      Code assist still refers to no more existing ressource after renaming;

      Expected results :

      Outline and code assist operating as usual while @-ms-viewport rule is present in css; Code assist showing the right ressource name after renaming
