Affects Version/s: Aptana Studio 3.5.0
Fix Version/s: None
After the upgrade from 3.4.x to 3.5.x, Aptana's GIT instance keeps looking for the id_rsa pairs and known_hosts in the wrong .ssh folder. To better explain:
- I'm using an external GIT executable. Path C:\Program Files (x86)\Git\bin\git.exe on Team -> Git
- I'm pointing Eclipse to the (correct) folder C:\Users\Psy\.ssh on General -> Network Connections -> SSH2
On a Terminal view everything works just fine. Keys and known_hosts parsed OK. But, if I use the Team -> Push/Pull command, a folder is created on C:\Users\Psy\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Git\.ssh.
For some reason that particular GIT instance is looking for credentials on C:\Program Files (x86)\Git\.ssh, forcing the creation of a virtualstore path. If you copy the keys inside this folder, everything works fine.
