Rails debugger - Hitting F5 to "step into" prompts for an action selection

      Description

      {html}<div><p>Assigned to <a href=

      Tender discussion #1072</a>. As reported in Tender:</p>
      <blockquote>
      <p>Hello,</p>
      <p>I've a problem with Aptana since a long time.</p>
      <p>When I download a file, it often does : "Resource is out of sync
      with the file system : 'blabla.php'? Press 'F5' or select File >
      Refresh to refresh the file." So I have to download it again to
      have the possibility to edit the file. Apparently it's like the
      file is corrupted.</p>
      <p>Can you do something? Cheers!</p>

        {html}<div><p>There's no notion of a "context" with these as they're ruble
        commands. Changing the scope isn't really an option, I don't think.
        We need to come up with alternate bindings to attach these to.
        These came from Textmate, hence the conflict. Shift+F5?
        Ctrl+F5?</p>
        <p>Looks like F5 is bound to refresh in Windows, step into in
        Debugging. Alt/Option+F5 is bound to Step into Selection. Shift+F5
        is bound to Use Step Filters. So probably M1+F5 is the best
        available binding to use?</p></div>{html}

        {html}<div><p>This issue looks to be out of date. The commands in question
        have their bindings commented out already (and oddly it shows F6 in
        the commented out code). So i guess the question now is: leave it
        that way or, uncomment and bind them to M1+F5?</p></div>{html}

        Closing ticket as the code was commented out and left to users to pick bindings.
