      Description

      Keyframe syntax is a new element of the CSS3 specification:

      @-webkit-keyframes NAME-YOUR-ANIMATION {
      	0%   { opacity: 0; }
      	100% { opacity: 1; }
      }
      @-moz-keyframes NAME-YOUR-ANIMATION {
      	0%   { opacity: 0; }
      	100% { opacity: 1; }
      }
      @-ms-keyframes NAME-YOUR-ANIMATION {
      	0%   { opacity: 0; }
      	100% { opacity: 1; }
      }

      It would appear we should support the vendor-specific and non-prefixed options, as the specification is still somewhat in transition.
