      Description

After Aptana self-updated to 3.1.1, it's ignoring the default encoding at ISO-8859-1.

      Mine is configured as:
Preferences > General > Workspace > Text file encoding: ISO-8859-1
Project: Properties > Resources > Text file encoding: ISO-8859-1
File: Properties > Resource > Text file encoding: Default (determined from content type: UTF-8)
      char

Before upgrading it was working like a charm. Now I have to change encoding of each file separately.

I tried doing a downgrade from Time Machine and version 3.0.9 worked very well.
The difference between the versions is at:
File: Properties > Resource > Text file encoding: Default (inherited from container: ISO-8859-1)
