      Description

      Currently, we package Studio with PHP, Ruby and Python plugins, which increases the footprint of the install, and also possibly the startup time. Consider moving those out of the main install and allowing a one-click easy on-demand install of the plugins, possibly from the dashboard.

          1. Remove PHP, Ruby, and Python features from the Studio umbrella feature and build;
          2. Push each of the features to an external update site;
          2. Add the section for installing each of the features in the dashboard; there is a call in the controller already that takes in a update site url and the feature id and call the p2 API to install it.
