Improve Studio startup time

            Description

            Our goal here is an initial load time of under 5 seconds (from first double click to being able to type in an open editor). More investigation needs to be done as to the bottlenecks and what we can do to improve this performance.

                Deferring, as auditing the plugin dependencies is an easier start to the process.

                Verified that if we disable login and the opening of dashboard, with no editor opened, the startup time for both Titanium Studio and Aptana Studio are ~5s. Believe this looks acceptable, and the next steps are to see if we could delay login to after Studio starts and improve dashboard as well as tiapp editor in term of time consumption when opening. We have tickets for those, so resolving this ticket.
