After running "git init" from a project, Studio will no longer delete that project from disk, instead returning the error : "exception has been caught while processing the refactoring 'Delete Resource' . . . problems encountered while deleting resources" . . . could not delete <path and file>" ls -l shows the same permissions for all folders and write permissions for the folder throwing the delete exception. And after this, closing Studio will report problems saving the state of the workbench.
Steps to Replicate :
1) Open Aptana Studio
2) Open a new project
3) Open a terminal and navigate to that project
4) Type "git init"
5) Select the project in the Project Explorer, open the context menu and select Delete, then Delete Project Contents From Disk, then OK
Actual Results :
Studio will return an error message saying there was a failure deleting the folder (Studio does delete the files).
Expected Results :
Studio should delete the project from disk.
