I'm not able to replicate this. Right-click on the window, choose "Add new FTP site" and choose SFTP as the protocol. I guess we could have separate wizards for each?

Sorry should have been more specific. I had multiple SFTP connections in the Remote tab already setup. After updating they have disappeared, but FTP connections that I had setup are still existing. Trying to create a NEW SFTP connection, I stepped through the wizard, selected SFTP as protocol, enter all information, click "OK" and nothing shows up in the tree. If it perform the same steps and select FTP the site will show up fine in the tree.

I've replicated the behavior, but also, I note that if I look for the SFTP site in the "Connections" node in Project Explorer, or if I go into the connection manager, they appear to be there. Is that the same for you?

Sorry Ingo, I'm not sure I understand. I do not see a "Connections" node in Project Explorer nor do I see a Connection Manager. I have a Remote tab next to Project Explorer.

Under your project in project explorer there should be a "Connections" node, and you can right-click on that for the connection manager.

Ah yes, I do see them in the destination select box in the connection manager!

Tonight's update should temporarily fix the problem, but there is a different issue that we still need to fix. To Michael...the FTP category is loading after the SFTP and FTPS connection types, so they were being put in the "Unknown" category. I fixed it so that "Unknown" is treated as remote, so it shows up, but the load order is still a problem. Note this does not happen in development mode.

Corrected EclipseUtil.processConfigurationElements() to fix the issue.
