CSS auto-complete fail for background-position

      Description

      In the CSS editor, if you instruct content assist to insert "background-position", it does not include a trailing colon (":")
      html

      Steps to Replicate :

      1. Open Aptana Studio
      2. Open a new CSS file (File > New From Template > CSS > CSS Template, select parent folder and click Finish button)
      3. Insert the following content
      html

      { margin: 0; padding: 0; }

      4. Enter a "b" immediately after the opening brace in the new content (html {b)
      5. Content Assist will pop up. Double click on "background-position".

      Actual Results :

      Editor will insert "background-position"

      Expected Results :

      The "background-position" string should have an immediately subsequent colon (":").
