      Description

      {html}<div><p>This appears to be a problem in multiple languages, but I'll
      describe it inside Ruby. Given the following:</p>
      <pre>
      <code class="ruby">bundle do |bundle|
      bundle.author = 'Ed Spencer'
      bundle.contact_email_rot_13 = 'null'
      bundle.description = "A bundle for ExtJS"

      bundle.menu "ExtJS|| do |main_menu|
      end
      end</code>
      </pre>
      <p>If you type a " at the location of ||, it should only insert a
      single ", rather than a duplicated "".</p>
      <p>I'm not sure how hard this is fix, but it's pretty annoying
      during normal typing. Testing in TextMate, it appears to work as
      expected, and does not insert the second". I think this is in your
      area Chris, but please feel free to reassign.</p></div>{html}
